My experience at Pinnacle Allergy in Jesup, GA was beyond exceptional. Check in was fast, Waiting time was short. My nurse, Ciara, was very knowledgeable of the procedure I was getting done. She also went through step by step of everything that was going to be done. Answered my questions to the best of her knowledge. Explained in detail the next steps theoughly. Overall, very satisfied. There is absolutely no way this company/location has a 4.9 in reviews bc this is one of the most unprofessional services ive ever paid for! While the allergy service started off well (the allergy test was smooth and very efficient/professional), now that im actually on rotation for the shots ive been rescheduled pretty much every single appt at Pinnacle Smyrna. They have sent text messages the day before and even 15-20mins before my appointments- which is utterly ridiculous bc i was in the waiting room when the message was received! I dont live close. I NEED these shots and my time is clearly not respected. Ive even called and left feedback with their call center - very next day, my appointment was rescheduled to a time i was unavailable , again! This is my first year with BCBS after leaving Kaiser and this is the type of unprofessional service that would send me right back home to them in open enrollment.
